Before the rain moved in, it was a fairly pleasant afternoon and with all of the blooming that’s happening, our rosemary was swarming with bees. Never wanting to miss a good macro opportunity, I grabbed my camera and headed out. I ended up with a couple shots that looked OK, but my little shadow here was not helping. Once I would lock onto a bee that had landed Grant would promptly bark, startling me and the bee. Thanks buddy!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the following three pups who seemed to be the best of friends. We spent the afternoon at Green Lake and for anyone who has ever been there, you know that when the sun comes out so do the people. Well, yesterday was no different, it was bustling with activity.

- Wow!! The composition is wonderful. colors are rich and warm, the black and white is so clear I love how clear the drops of saliva are beneath his tongue, gorgeous shot! Jon I love how you incorporate shadow and light. Your photos reveal the personality of your subjects! These are photos one would proudly display in a home. Sweetie you are gifted :) I cannot wait to see more. I hope I will have an opportunity for you to take some shots of your Dads beloved Baily..it would mean the world to him.
